The 2nd floor has vehicular access via a ramp at the rear (southern side) of the building. Vehicle access is limited by way of a security boom gate & security CCTV records movements.

At this stage we envisage that there will be approx 8, 2 Storey Office tenancies available for lease & approx 75 car parking spaces

Second Floor

Level 4, the 2nd Floor level is envisaged to  contain the upper levels of the 8 Offices located on level 3 together with another 8 Large Office tenancies.
